1. Install the POS
Choose the right installer: Windows 7 ia32 for older NCR terminals, Windows 10/11 x64 for newer machines. Run the installer, choose language and configure cafe, currency and printer.

Quick guide to install, activate and operate Caisse Cafe Pro in a real cafe.
2. Activate the license
From the panel, create the client, add the machine, choose POS or POS + Mobile, then activate online or by file if the NCR is offline.
3. Configure products
Add categories, products, images, prices, tracked or untracked stock. For drinks, enable stock so every sale automatically reduces quantity.
4. Staff workflow
Each server enters a PIN. The shift opens automatically. At the end, staff print their subtotal and close the shift.
5. Cloud sync
The POS works offline. When internet is available, sales, stock, products and reports are sent to the cloud automatically.
6. Owner app
The owner uses Android or the /owner web portal with cafe code and PIN to see sales, stock, staff, messages and multiple cafes.
7. Backup
Keep regular backups of POS and panel data. Before updates, export the database or confirm that automatic backup is available.
