Support, license and responsibilities

This page clarifies how support works, what is included in the license and what the client must verify inside the cafe.

Included support

Help with installation, activation, printer setup, products, stock, users, cloud sync and report reading.

Client responsibilities

The client remains responsible for hardware, Windows, printer, internet, backups, internal procedures and tax/accounting checks.

Annual license

The license gives the right to use the POS until the paid expiry date. The POS remains offline-first during that period. Cloud/mobile features depend on the active plan.

Updates

Updates fix bugs, security and compatibility. Before any update, a backup is recommended.

Data deletion

Clients can request data export or deletion. Some data may be retained temporarily for security, support or business obligations.
