Privacy Policy
This page explains how we collect, use and protect data in Caisse Cafe Pro, the cloud panel and the Caisse Cafe Owner app.
Who we are
Caisse Cafe Pro and Caisse Cafe Owner are services from Lite White Digital that help cafes sell with a POS register, track stock, view reports and manage licenses.
Data we process
We process the cafe and management data needed to provide the service: cafe name, city, cloud code, owner PIN, license information, machine identifiers, synced sales, tickets, totals, payment methods, server names, products, categories, stock, stock movements and panel messages.
Why we use it
This data is used to sync sales, show dashboards, allow stock and product updates, protect licenses, provide technical support, send important notifications and make reports available to the owner or authorized reseller.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. Data may be accessed only by the cafe owner, authorized accounts, Lite White Digital and, when applicable, the reseller responsible for supporting that customer.
Security
The cloud service uses HTTPS when SSL is configured on the domain. Access is controlled by cloud code, PIN or panel account. The POS is offline-first, so sales data is also stored locally on the customer register.
Liability and operational risks
Caisse Cafe Pro is a management and decision-support tool. Lite White Digital is not responsible for business losses, cash errors, stock errors, incorrect configuration, hardware failure, printer failure, internet outages, staff misuse, missing backups or decisions made only from reports. The customer remains responsible for checking figures, backups, hardware, tax obligations and internal procedures.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the service is active or while needed for support, billing, security and business obligations. A customer can request deletion or export of their data by contacting us.
Children
Our apps and services are intended for businesses and are not designed for children.
